2dae was a gd 'shocking' day. got back all of chem (wow,chem dept's efficient), whole of gp (sigh~) and bio2 ( OMG NOT GD WHAT HAPPENED). econs and maths shldnt be too gd though :(
there's nth wrong with doing qn4 ok.
some 'exciting' stuff happened to gp,especially my incident (lol i didnt even know at 1st). eg nat's handwriting incident. and now the hod probably knows my 'writing and and handwriting -_-. but its quite cool if ur teacher stands up for u :) (those who are kaypoh u can try asking me in sch lols)
bio2 was unexpected in a bad way. 2 qns scored 0, and not bcuz i left it blank. now have to pray that bio1/3 pulls up everything.

aiyoh, i realised i made a very silly mistake when doing complex no.s qns during prelim. i think i added unnecessary thetas ( its the correct spelling! :D) to the steps, especially those involveing the DMT thingy :( i need to polish up on complex no.s~

mr lau told me my chem p3 was poorly done, the only way i dun land into grpX is i do well for p2. which is impossible.
how did i land in this state. its not like i played all day and never study. in fact i can say i did study. i really studied very hard. what happened hx. chem1 wasnt any better. im starting to dislike myself for being so 'incapable'. some probably think im slacking or smth,for doing badly. but im not. i dun even want to do badly at this stage. who wants to.
i need to stop playing bejeweled blitz, and all those nonsense need to stop. NOW.\

been feeling unwell since i woke up from my afternoon nap. sneezed and sneezed, with a dry and painful throat. omg. dun tell me im sick during prelims,thats not gd. argh.
and i actually forgot what turns Xgal blue o_O. thats bout 10+marks which flew away. in bio2 -_-. like i though Xgal will only come out for bio3(which i havent study for yet gr.)

- sense strand is complementary to antisense strand. (mRNA same as sense strand, only adenine replaced with uracil.)
-monocistronic( 1 mRNA only code for one protein.. eg. in eukaryotes)/ polycistronic ( 1 mRNA codes for many proteins, as they are organised in operons. e.g prokaryotes)
- im assuming nucleotides( with nitrogenous base,5C sugar and phosphate grp) is a more general term? for deoxyribonucleotides ( with deoxyribose) and ribonucleotides( with ribose). -----> this one some one plz help me :D

prelims have started. finished econs1 and chem3 yesterday and maths1 was 2dae. its kinda cute when after the paper, u often hear someone near u exclaiming ' last yr's paper easier then this leh! this one i cannot do! how ah?' so i wonder whether it is truly 'easier', or is it just that we arent prepared enough to handle what we were given.
ineedluck. (i found out doing 3 out of the 5 pract papers given wasnt enough. cuz a qn and its concept came out from the njc08 chem2 but thats the one i stopped at since grpX were encouraged to do tys and basic stuff 1st. ohwells. my loss.)
tml's bio2, and strangely, im somewhat anticipating to do the paper -_-. maybe bcuz its the only subject i havent screwed up yet. ( since i havent done anything bio yet.)

i shld seriously consider getting off fb and blogging. SERIOUSLY. i just spent 4+ hours on fb/blogging/msn/youtube. omg hx ur just courting trouble. i must attempt to get off one of these (youtube 1st. but msn is gonna be tough. fb and blogging is a tie :( )
how am i to give up blogging if everyone is caught up in studying? im blogging more cuz im talking less to ppl now,sad isnt it. and i want to talk to ppl,before i forget how to.yesterday, during gp consultation, after my turn was joanne's turn and joanne came early.. the usual me was being negative bout gp and i was telling ms gunawan how i more or less peaked for gp and everything alr ( omg to think my peak is a E? i realised i have NV passed anything maths related so far, not even a test. omg.) than suddenly joanne put her hand on my shoulder and pat me. i asked her why she did that. her reply? "u seem so... depressed.. cannot lidat ok?" i was kinda taken aback. is it really that obvious?
than it was ms gunawan's turn to say smth,in the 'ohsofamiliar' manner (114, u noticed she always has this 'aiyoh' tone when she is 'mock reprimanding' someone?). "you ah hx, always so negative and pessimistic. u cannot always expect the worst u know" wow. even my ct can see a negative energy floating arnd me.

ah,since i had gp consultations earlier 2dae, i suddenly rmb how ms gunawan chided me for my 'horrible & terrible' compre exercise. we figured that it was an 'off day' for me, especially when i wasnt even coherent and grammatically sound.. lols. and i keep spelling certain words wrongly! ah! so thats what an online thesaurus is for XD. besides, i need alternative words/phrases to stand out right? :p [note to self: usuage of words depends on context]
achieve- attain/actualise/obtain/fulfill
receive- apprehend/assume/acquire/
however ( haha, the most commonly used word in essays)- nevertheless/nonetheless/per contra/ in spite of
