ah! had the meridian road race at pasir ris park 2dae(saturday).. woke up lyk 6am ah.. ran abt 3.1km in the hse mascot run.. thanx to shiling for giving a ride on her bike from the mrt staion to the park.. lol.. i muz be really a burden on ur bike..
Phobos~ i actually have no idea what place phobos is in.. lol.. i dun think anyone really cared who won what as we were sitting underneath the blistering sun! no shade! im lyk slightly sunburnt now.. in fact, the mjc hse t-shirt is so thin and 'breathable',the sun's UV rays penetrated thru the shirt,so im lyk sunburnt within the shirt.. i've lyk got whiter patch of skin in the shape of my sports bra.. lol..
took quite alot of pics with rena as well! cuz she was lyk wearing the callisto hse shirt (blue) while i wore the phobos one (red).. i wanted to find AHS ppl from all 5 hses,so the pic would look really colorful.. but yirong(Miranda/black) already ran off earlier than us,so i didnt take a pic with her.. JiaNi (Altas/yellow) was probably the only person i know from altas,but i think she did turn up cuz she sprain her ankle or smth.. (get well soon!).. i saw alot of Triton(green)ahs ppl,but paiseh lah.. btw,rena and i took this pic in front of Escape theme park,and we looked lyk 2tourist who as if we nv saw an amusement park before in our lives.. lol..
btw,for a 'bdae special' for myself,the ppl who wished me happy bdae by sms,starting 23rd jan(so kancheong)..excluding those who wished me by mouth.. but thanx still!

ah.. i didnt get the olevels results that i wanted.. so i dunno which jc i shld be going to.. help~... i wanna change jc.. but no more vjc for me thats for sure..
congrats to shir for being 4G's top student! 6A1s! our sch got 5 ppl 9A1s, but whatever lah... sry ah shir,bully u for 4 yrs... i know ur power now.. ah!!

as for olevels.. my results seems very pretty,but the L1R5 to me is so not pretty at all.. I WISH THAT MY REULTS WERE BETTER! seriously,they were not much different from my prelims,expect that alot of my subject look prettier now,plus this 1lr5 is my best in 2yrs.. what did i get? how many fingers do u have? but i want single digit!!!!!!! ah!!!!!
lets see... i got 7distinctions.. sound pretty right? but 5 of them are a2s.. gr... (but im still amazed my combined humans got a2!) a1s? i got 2, emaths and CHINESE! (yes, ye lao shi,muhaha!! wo de hua wen yi dian ye bu cha!) i take 8 subjects, so what happened to my last sub? yup,its phys as my worst subject with a b3.. gr.. to think my bio outperformed phys AGAIN.. ( flashback--- prelims bio a1,phys c5..).. now bio a2/phy b3.. so ironic.. now dunno whether to continue phys or not... gr..
oh well,i've got a few days to think bout it b4 registering for my jc.. to stay or not to stay?

hey to all my sec 4 jnrs.. i have some old txbks/other sch's 2007 prelim papers which i've not done yet/really new guide books to give away.. cuz i realised that these things are actually taking loads of space in my room.. and i dun think i can use them anymore.. ( eg. JC chem's periodic table is rather different than secondary sch's)... i dun mind giving away some of these away cuz they'll probably benefit u all more than me keeping it in my store room..
SO WHAT DO I HAVE TO GIVE AWAY???- some relevant txbks of mine ( bio,chem 1 copy/ phys 2copies i think/amaths etc)
- spanking new guide books/reference books.. ( GCE OLEVEL pure phys topical worked sloutions 1996-2005 and some other really new guides)
- haven been done yet other schs prelim papers (mostly maths/amaths)
well, i hope i can give these away so that both parties can benefit.. jnrs who are intersted in my stuff,plz leave a msg on the tag board and i'll try to get back to u asap.. im officially a mjc squash player! (for the pae period at least).. lol..
1st squash training 2morrow at mjc squash courts! at 230pm...
im practically updating my blog frequently so that my frens in other jcs or elsewhere wont lose touch with me and at least still know whats going on in my colorful and interesting mjc life..
im starting to wonder whether January's the best month to have kids. Kh's bdae on 16th. shir on 17th. mine on 24th,rachel choi 26,faustina28.. 7,8,9,10 i also know ppl whose bdae fall on these dates.. 2morrow i'll be out late! eh hehe..
i saw smth really touching 2dae.. after staying back in sch to do some sch stuff,the sky was overcast and it was on the verge of raining. lightning flashed occasionally and our sch's lightning alert was activated.. on my sheltered way to the nearest busstop,i spotted one of my classmates(JY,lol,i dun wanna use full name) was walking OUT IN THE OPEN with her 'supposed fren but our OG/CG know its more than that' bf (lets name him callisto,which all of us call him cuz he's from callisto).. lol.. i was stunned that both of them were walking in the open,in the rain,when they could have taken the sheltered route instead,in fact they looked quite weird walking in the open. however,callisto went on to take his sling bag off his shoulder and place it over jy's head,sheltering her from the light drizzle..
on the exterior,i was amused at them for being foolish,for being potential lightning conductors and told some of my classmates who were in the canteen about what i juz saw..
but on the inside,i was touched. i dun really see such actions anymore among youths (ps,this has nth to do with the GP topic,youth culture.. lol..).. more often,i see such couples walking in the rain 2gether,or the guy run for his life to shelter,leaving the gal trailing behind him,trying her best to keep up.. small actions lyk this actually mean loads to gal.. keep it up callisto.. dun u dare upset jy k? i may be only her classmate,but im still a gal,who will stand on a gal's side..
mayb its bcuz i nv got to experience such incidents before,thats why i'm so affected by it.. its rare that my emotions get the better of me..

juz been to the doctor's.. for the past few assemblies,i actually had this feeling that im falling sideways after the 'sediya' command which requires us to stand still.. after standing still,i cant help but feel lyk im losing my balance,in fact i almost fell 2dae.. luckily 2dae nv sing college anthem,or i sure fall over le.. thanx to weiting for letting me hold on to her 2dae.. the doctor says im in perfect health.. so he suspects i have a fear of large spaces,thus cuzing me to have this feeling of losing my balance whenever i stand at attention and focus at the flag(or brick floor).. im not joking.. dear frens of mine in other jcs,dun wry ah when u read this..
PE was so 'off' 2dae,4 rounds of the mjc track.. gr.. i hate running.. but for the 1st time,i didnt stop to rest at all for 3 rounds...

went back to AHS 2dae cuz mjc stuff ended rather early.. saw alot of my batch ppl who went to tjc and some mjc-ers..lol.. MRS CHUAH IS HAVING A GAL!!! met her in the canteen.. lo.. her tummy's real big now.. lol.. and jiayou mrs G.. even though the task u face now is uphill,but there's still a glimmer of hope to this situation.. so dun extinguish this hope 1st..
AHS RECOLLECTIONS....here are some things that some ex ahs,currently mjc ppl told me for the past few days that brought back some funny and nice memories..
- i reminded candice soh of "bcuz of uniform untidy,so kana punished".. back in sec2,candice and i got caught for untidy uniform by mrs goh and punished us by facing some wall which i cant recall.. i dun even know why my uniform was untidy.. luckily there was drawstrings introduced after that incident.. lol.. so now everytime candice sees me,she's reminded of the incident and rmbs to tidy up her uniform now.. lol.. (but i dun lyk to be rmbed this way! haha)
-jingyi,rebecca and (sry,i forgot ur name) are fans of my singing.. lol.. i'm surprised.. cuz jingyi rmb i sang
during talentime(oct 2006) and was praising about the performancei gave and 3 of them then excitedly claim to be my fans after i sang that day.. lol.. but i rmb that day as more of a breakthrough for me cuz it was my 1st time singing in front of so many ppl(sec1-sec3)! thanx to andrea too for bringing this bubble-making thingy and blowing bubbles towards me that day!.. lol.. i got a shock when i saw bubbles heading my way.. thanx to hwee kay for having a camera and taking some pics and a video for me to rmb that day!

2dae's cca recruitment day.. i went to try squash,air rifle/pistol.. didnt have time to try others cuz squash took up loads of time.. lol.. 2morrow's floorball!! i wanna go!!!
i actually lyk attending lectures now.. lol.. my classmates muz think im crazy.. but i find it fun and interesting.. 2dae's econs lecturer almost made me laugh out during lecture cuz she had this half australian,half s'pore accent.. than her sentences were rather odd,she kept repeating the same thing over and over again.. "Econs is a social science about the allocation of SCARCE resources for unlimited wants!" or smth lidat..plus she emphasises on the "SCARCE" part.. we reckon that the teacher went to study in australia,cuz of her half/half slang~.. and i mean slang~

2morrow's CCA recruitment day! lol.. i think i most likely going floorball.. i think bowling will be quite an uphill task for me.. but floorball auditions are on thursday for gals,from 530pm-730pm.. so 2morrow i most likely going to all sorts of cca to see and try..
CCAs i wanna try and have fun at 2morrow.
- Soccer! (gals,duh~)

- choir (ahahaha!)
- bowling (but i cant bowl in sch!)
lectures started since yesterday.. some lectures were fun (phys H1, econs H2), some really juz SIAN ( H2 maths,we have a tigeress as a lecturer,lol..) and cannot hear what's going on ( CL H1).. really looking towards attending these lectures cuz i think its interesting.. and NO ,im not a nerd lah~ (this sentence is for my classmates of 08S413,who may think i'm already a mugger! lol..)

ah.. the 3 days of orientation has ended at mjc.. lol.. had lots of fun with my og grp (phobos 6) who are also most of my classmates in 08S413!.. lol.. we're a really small og grp (15 ppl at most i think) compare to other grps ( 26ppl? 30+ ppl?).. all the game ics looked amused everytime we say we have 13/14 ppl only.. lol... phobos is one of the samller hses btw..
until campfire yesterday,Phobos(Red) was leading the overall orientation.. but Triton(Green) won the campfire skit thingy.. so in the end triton won over phobos by arnd 700 points.. Miranda(Black) was in 3rd place but was off by a few thousand points from phobos..
btw,during the Meridian Magnificent Marathon,the orientation saw a great upset.. at a certain point in time, Callisto(Blue) and Phobos were vying neck to neck, with 5 out of the 6 sub grps having already returned.. Atlas(Yellow) and Miranda had 3 sub grps that returned from the race arnd s'pore,with Triton only 2 grps present.. what appeared to be a close race between phobos and callisto was suddenly turned arnd when 4 of the remaining triton grps suddenly ran into the hall,suprising everyone.. triton had won the impt part of the orientation,coming in from behind.. phobos and callisto couldnt believe it.. lol..
well,i had loads of fun during the orienation.. next post will probably be about my fave hse cheers!
